I don't speak legal-ese, so this is in the plainest text I can give! If you have questions, let me know!REQUIRED:
A reference sheet or some form of reference, preferably without shading for accurate colours. This does not apply to ref sheet commissions.
Payment is mainly via Cashapp! I charge a 5% fee when working with PayPal.
An idea of what you want, preferably. Artistic liberty may result in a commission you may not like.EXPECTED WAITS AND DELAYS
Expect a wait of 2 weeks-1 month before I start your commission. I will let you know if an emergency/situation arises and if it will delay your commission.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
For commissions over $50 I can do short payment plans, otherwise I require full payment upfront. Refunds can be given for any reason, but mostly will come down to:1)If your commission is delayed for 2 months+ due to personal complications, you will get a full refund, and your unfinished commission in it's current state.2) If you do any that makes me uncomfortable enough to no longer want to work on your commission, I will give you an unfinished product in it's current state and no refund. You may also be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future. I will explain to you in private why I could not finish your commission. Any further aggression will also result in a pulbic blacklist.COMMERCIAL USE
You CANNOT use my art for any amount of profit unless given SPECIFIC permission. You're free to post my art, even if I post it. It will NEVER cost extra for you to gain commercial rights.*If you have any complaints about my T.O.S., feel free to contact me!*Subject to change for certain physical commercial products, such as shirts, pins, etc. Please contact me if you wish to use my art for commercial use.
